虚拟主机环境下访问ASP网站时如果遇到如下错误：
An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.

报错原因：
默认情况下虚拟主机在IIS站点ASP调试属性中 将ASP错误发送的浏览器 参数设置为False。
